Nika, who lives with IgG4-RD, attended Boston College and is an Emmy-award winning writer and producer in New York City. She is the author of “I Didn’t Work This Hard Just to Get Married: Successful, Single Black Women Speak Out,” and the memoir “Misdiagnosed: The Search for Dr. House.” Nika has appeared in dozens of articles about living with an autoimmune disease and volunteers with the Autoimmune Association.
